How to clean your pets favorite toys

We love our pets, we have three of them, Elliott, Lilly and Snow.

We love seeing them play with their toys. But these toys need to be cleaned regularly since they are a serious breeding ground for bacteria and dirt.

 How do I clean pet toys?

First, I don’t use chemicals or toxins. Period. Remember, my pets put these in their mouths, hence why I am extra careful here with the products I use.

For all plastic toys, I put them in the sink with our vegan dishsoap and scrub them the same as I do our dishes.

Our product is 100% natural and organic with absolutely no chemicals.

For the cushions, ropes, stuffed animals, and fabric toys, I clean them in the washing machine with our laundry detergent. The ecofriendly laundry detergent gives them a deep clean. Remember to take out all possible catnip in the toys before washing and check the labels of cushions and soft items. It makes a big mess, if you forget the catnip - believe me, I should know. ;-)
