Spaces you forgot during your spring cleaning
Door knobs
The most-used door knobs are probably the one on exterior and interior doors. We touch them more than once a day, hence why we should keep them clean and safe.
Very easy, simply use a moist cloth and some kitchen cleaner to wipe them clean.
Your kitchen appliance handles
Yes, did you wipe the handle of the kettle? Well, you might wanna start doing it, because we tend to grab the handles of our kitchen appliances whilst cooking and touching them with all sorts of left-over ingredients on our hands.
Super-duper easy, just spray some kitchen cleaner on the handles and wipe it with a clean and moist cloths.
Doors
Can you reach up to the top of your door? Have look if you can and run your finger over the top to see if there is a layer of dust.
Wipe it down again with a moist cloth. And, while you are at it wipe also down the door, inside and outside with some kitchen cleaner and a moist cloth.
Baseboards
My personal obsession… I need to remove the dust and the cat hair that tends to settle on our baseboards.
You can use a vacuum to quickly go over all baseboards, but depending on how you do it, you can leave marks of the vacuum on the wall. Personally, I use a dry cloth to run over all baseboards.
Window Sills and Sashes
You surely have windows on your spring cleaning list. But how about the sills and sashes? Take a peek out of the glass, especially if you have cleaned that glass thoroughly but left the grime framing it.
Furniture
Your couch, recliner and other furnishings they have visible stains which you probably clean right away. How about anything under the pillow? Vacuum in between the pillows, maybe even try if it is possible to remove all covers and wash them.
