1. Terms and conditions
These general terms and conditions apply to all orders with www.pour-nous.com, in her each valid version and at the time of the order.
2. Ordering with „pour nous“
By placing your order, you agree to pay the price for the goods chosen and you agree with the terms and conditions. You can revise and change your order during the check out. Once the order is confirmed, the contract is formed.
3. Cancellation
3.1 Cancellation
You have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of the delivery of your order. However we can only take back unsealed products; if the product has been used, the right of cancelation within 14 days doesn´t apply.
To cancel your contract please contact our customer care team and explain us the reasons for the cancelation. Email: hello@pour-nous.com
3.2 What happens when you cancel
In case of cancellation within the legal timeframe, we will refund you for the purchased products within 14 days. Delivery costs however will not be refunded.
We will refund you the price of the products on the same card you used by you to pay. We only process the refund once the products returned.
4. Price of products
The prices on the website are such as when you place your order; all prices are in Euro and include the VAT.
5. Delivery
5.1 Delivery costs
Delivery costs depend on the country you are based in.
The definitive delivery costs will be calculated at the end of your order placement, just before payment confirmation.
6. Availability
In case the ordered product is not available, we will inform you right away and refund you for the goods already paid.
7. Returns
If you need to return a product to us, contact our friendly customer care team, who will be happy to advise you how best to proceed: hello@pour-nous.com. We don't take back opened goods.
8. Payment
We accept the various payment cards and methods, please check during checkout.
We send you the invoice of your order per email.
9. Damaged goods
In case any goods are damaged, please contact immediately our customer care team. We will be happy to help!

We are not responsible for any loss or damage of any kind, however arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise, even if foreseeable, provided that this condition shall not prevent claims for loss of or damage to your tangible property or any other claims for direct financial loss that are not excluded by any of the categories set out above.
This does not affect our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, nor our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation or misrepresentation as to a fundamental matter, nor any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
